Shipping, Return + Privacy Policy
Shipping -
All Fine Ivy Bridal pieces are delicately and beautifully packed so they arrive safe and sound in our signature packaging.
We use Australia post for our deliveries and supply a tracking number on the completion of your order. Australia Post shipping times can vary, however usually
2-8 business days is the standard timeframe. Express shipping is available and usually takes 1-3 business days.
Fine Ivy Bridal cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, as once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 11am.
International shipping is available and the shipping timeframes vary from country to country. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Exchanges and Returns -
Exchanges for change of mind are at the discretion of Fine Ivy Bridal and are treated in a case by case basis. If you would like to exchange your item due to change of mind, please contact Fine Ivy Bridal via email, enquiries@fineivybridal.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so within 3 days will result in your exchange request being denied.
All exchanges, if approved by Fine Ivy Bridal, must be sent back to our warehouse via Australia Post Tracked Parcel and a tracking number must be provided to Fine Ivy Bridal within 3 days of approval. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exchange approval is subject to the following:
- An email has been sent to enquiries@fineivybridal.com within 3 days of receiving the package and has been approved pending the receipt of the items in the original packaging and condition
- The item is unworn and unused
- The item is in it's original packaging and is in the same condition as to when you received it
- The item must be in resealable condition
- The return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser
- The purchaser agrees to an exchange or credit note. No refunds will be given for change of mind

- No refunds or exchanges are available for International orders
Refunds -
All pieces are checked before being packaged from our warehouse. If, in the unlikely event, your piece/s arrive faulty or damaged, please email us at enquiries@fineivybridal.com with images and a description of the damage. We will then begin the investigation process and be in contact with a resolution. If possible, we will send a replacement to you. However, if the item cannot be replaced, email correspondence will being to discuss another option, credit note or refund.
